Individual Therapy

A clear home for traditional psychotherapy.

This is the central clinical offering of the practice. Sessions may integrate cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, Jungian, transpersonal, trauma-informed, and EMDR-informed perspectives, while remaining grounded in the actual goals and needs of the person in front of me.

Standard session frame

Insurance-covered psychotherapy is provided in standard 55-minute sessions. Private-pay care is billed at $200/hour, typically in 60-minute sessions, with longer sessions available by request when clinically appropriate and scheduling permits.

Relational and active

Sessions are warm and collaborative, but not passive. The work can include reflection, pattern-tracking, skills, clinical feedback, and meaningful challenge.

Depth with structure

The work can make room for symbol, meaning, grief, identity, and spiritual emergence while still maintaining a clinically held frame.

Areas of focus

What clients often bring into the room.

These areas are listed separately so prospective clients can quickly recognize what they are looking for without having to decode clinical language.
